A Taste of Japanese Culture

New on Elmwood sits SATO restaurant - a new modern Japanese Cuisine. Walking past the window you would think this is a small restaurant, but there is plenty of seating up the short staircase in the back. Upon entering you are welcomed by a beautiful fireplace and bar. Working with the Japanese Culture Center of WNY, Inc. Sato offers delicious food and drink options along with the opportunity to teach you about the Japanese culture and language. This restaurant isn't like your typical Japanese restaurant that you find around WNY, the food is fresh, the atmosphere is relaxed and it reminded me when I was in Japan a few years ago. Reasonably priced, If you like to try new things or just like Japanese food make sure to check Sato out. Located next to Spot coffee on Elmwood Ave.
